Role: Customer Service Associate

Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Qualifications:

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be eligible to work in India.
• You should have good English speaking and writing skills.
• You should know how to use a computer.
• You should be available to work different shifts between 6 AM and 11 PM from Monday to Sunday.
• Sometimes, you may need to work early mornings, late nights, or weekends.
• You need a quiet place to work, such as a desk and chair in an office. Your internet connection should be fast, with at least 20MB download speed and 8MB upload speed, and it should be connected directly by cable, not through Wi-Fi.

What Will You Do?

As an Amazon Customer Service Associate, your job is to stop problems before they happen, answer questions, and make our customers smile. When customers call, chat, or email us, you will be the first person they talk to. This means you will help them with things like orders, products, payments, and using the website. You will use different tools to find answers and talk clearly with customers to help them.

What Are the Working Hours?

In this job, you will work different hours based on when our customers need the most help. Sometimes you will work during the day, at night, or late into the night. You will work at least 40 hours every week, which could be 4 days of 10 hours or 5 days of 8 hours. We plan your working hours from Sunday to Monday, between 6 AM and 11 PM, to make sure we can help our customers. Sometimes, you might need to work on holidays. You will find out your exact work schedule when you start.
