Job Description: Capgemini Software Engineer Position 2024
Capgemini is looking for enthusiastic and talented freshers to join its workforce as Software Engineers under the Capgemini Exceller Program. If you are a tech-savvy graduate, this opportunity is your chance to work with diverse teams and projects, gaining valuable exposure and experience in the IT industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with global business and technology teams to deliver innovative solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain software modules based on functional and system requirements.
- Gain experience in configuration management, testing, and deploying applications.
- Research and utilize new and emerging technologies to meet customer needs.
- Review and write code, focusing on creating high-quality, maintainable software solutions.
- Contribute to the design and architecture of the overall system.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduating Year: 2024 batch only.
- Educational Qualification:
- For Undergraduate: BE/BTech (All branches eligible).
- For Postgraduate: ME/MTech/MCA/MSc (Information Technology, Information Science, Computer Science only).
- Selection Process: The selection process will be conducted online.
Note: Candidates must arrange the necessary infrastructure (computer, internet) to appear for the online selection process. A training agreement for two years is required for those joining as Analysts.
Compensation and Salary:
- Analyst: ₹4.25 LPA (₹4 LPA + ₹25k one-time incentive).
- Analyst (Differential Hiring): ₹5.75 LPA (₹5.5 LPA + ₹25k one-time incentive).
- Senior Analyst: ₹7.5 LPA.
Selection Process for Capgemini Exceller Off-Campus Drive 2024:
- Technical Assessment and Pseudocode Test
- MCQ-Based English Communication Test
- Game-Based Aptitude Questions
- Behavioral Competency Profiling
- Technical and HR Interview
Candidates who successfully clear Steps 1 to 3 will be invited for the interview. The Behavioral Competency Profiling will help provide insights into the candidate’s workstyle, and a report will be shared with those who complete the module.

- Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for the selection process.
- The entire selection process, including the interview, will be conducted virtually.
- A workstyle report will be provided for students completing the Behavioral Profiling module.
